Not All Tackle Training Is the Same

Most athletes don’t struggle because they lack effort, they struggle because they were never taught tackling the right way from the start.

At Big Red Rugby, every athlete is taught progression-based contact skills that prioritize:

  • Safety first

  • Proper body position

  • Controlled confidence under contact

  • Game-ready execution

That’s why athletes at every level start here and improve quickly.
